Sisal Agave sisalane, grown in the sub - tropical climatic regions, are of a dark green spiky bush and Sisal, the thin beautiful fiber is converted into yarn from the leaves of this plant by sophisticated mechanical spinning process. This forms raw material for twines, ropes and floor coverings.

Jute The Jute plant , which reaches over 3M in height, typically grows in sandy soil and sub-tropical climate. They are mostly grown in North Eastern part of India and Bangladesh. Harvesting is extremely labor intensive. The stalks are gathered by hand and are then softened in water - like Coir husks. The fibre is then stripped away, again by hand. The spinning of Jute yarn is mainly fully mechanized. This gives a very uniform quality of yarn. With vastly improved bleaching, dyeing and finishing process and by blending Jute with other natural or synthetic fibers, the finished jute products ensure feel, luster, abrasion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Jute has several consumer products to offer like carpets & floor coverings, wall coverings & window dressings, table mats & table wares, wall hangings & room decorators, bed spreads & bedroom slippers, blankets & shawls, skirts & jackets, shopping & travel bags and a host of other home textile made ups.
